Welcome to Tender Heart
Welcome to Tender Heart Pet Sitting, where we take care of your pet like it is our own. We know how hard it is to leave your pet when you go away, but now you can feel at ease knowing your pet is cared for the way you would. We are very knowledgeable in animal care, medical care, behavior, and training; and love each and every pet we watch.

At Sitters Home
Your pet’s will have more time with sitter, playtime with other dogs, walks, fresh food & water, treats, Tender Heart Time, medications (if needed), a consistent routine, a possibility of trips to the dog park, and a cozy clean environment.
* For your pet’s safety, dogs will be crated or confined in an open area when sitter is not home.
*Pets must be up to date on vaccines and be on a good flea prevention.
(We recommend Frontline or Revolution).
At Owner's Home
This Includes 1-3 visits per day, fresh food and water, treats, Tender Heart Time, one-on-one play time or play time with sitter’s dog (if requested), walks, medications (if needed), litter box cleaning, cage cleaning, and most of all your pet’s routine in their own stress free environment.
Additional Services
We do offer other services as requested.
- Nail Trims
- Anal Gland Expression
- Home Security Checks (sump pump, water damage, signs of entry, etc) We do this even if we are not caring for a pet at the time.
We do not diagnose medical problems , but if we do observe something is not quite right with yor pet during our visits/stay while you are away we will contact you with our concern so you may contact your Veterinarian if needed.
If you do have something else in mind just let us know so we would be able to determine if we can accomodate your request.

You think your pet is special and we do too. That is why we take care of your pets as if they were our own. Just like people, each pet has its own individual wants and needs. We recognize this and base our rates on individual needs and circumstances to provide the best care possible.

Courtesy Services
As a courtesy while at your home during our visits we can water plants, alternate lights, bring in the mail and/or newspaper, take garbage and recycling containers to the curb for collection on the appropriate day, open and close blinds, etc. Just ask if you have a specific task in mind.
*Lawn mowing and shoveling for an additional charge and depending on sitter’s availability.
